Far And Wide - Posted on 11/17/2007
A change of scenery - this is the view from the far end of the hayfield looking northwest, taken the end of October. I'd just gotten a new wide-angle lens for my camera, and wanted to test it out. By this time, rain and wind had taken a lot of the leaves off the trees, but there were still small pockets of color left. I never get tired of this view!

Thank you to everyone for your comments on the previous image. Hope all of you are having a great weekend! -- Kim

What a gorgeous view. I see your neighbor has a Harvestore. Haven't seen one in real life for years. What a sweeping sky and the red barn with the shadows, the sloping cornfield, the pond...my, my, there's a little of everything here.

Hi Kim ,, thanks for the comments on my site . This image has so much in it . The clouds are a great contrast to the rolling hills . What a place to take a walk through . JP

A wide-angle view of the "rolling hills" of OH-10 is pretty awsome; great shot Kim and I'll look forward to some more of those wide angle images. This is really nice. This would be a good location to revisit in the Spring.....I am already looking forward to that and we haven't even started Winter.

Kim, you always manage to get such gorgeous colors! It looks like the wide angle lens is a keeper for sure. I like the wonderful wispy clouds too!

What a very nice view!!! I wish it would be more like that over here. We hardly have any hills and such nice scenery. Well done! Petra

This really is a gorgeous view, and I love the dramatic blue sky. It actually looks a lot like from around my neck of the woods, and I guess I never get tired of looking at views like this either. Great job!
